Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Express orders are given priority and shipped the same day.

United Kingdom
- Standard (Free): 3–5 business days
- Express: 1 business day
Europe
- Standard (Free): 5–10 business days (varies by country)
- Express: 3–5 business days
Rest of World (e.g. US and other international destinations)
- Standard (Free): 7–14 business days
- Express: 5–10 business days
All timeframes are in business days and begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date.
Tracking
Express Shipping always includes tracking as standard. Standard Shipping is untracked by default, but tracking can be added at checkout for a small additional fee.
Shipping Insurance — £2.99
An optional add-on that covers loss or damage in transit. We recommend this for higher-value orders, or for Standard orders without tracking added.
International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or local customs authority.
