Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange.
Eligibility
We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind. Items returned for change of mind must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always accepted regardless of condition.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose how you'd like to be refunded:
- Original payment method — refunded back to the card or method you paid with.
- Store credit — as a thank you for choosing store credit, you'll also receive free Express Shipping and a discount on your next order.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange — just let us know when you contact us.
