Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

How long do I have to return an item?
14 days from the date of delivery.

Can I return something if I just changed my mind?
Yes — we accept returns for any reason, including change of mind.

What condition does the item need to be in?
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are accepted in any condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item → we cover the cost.
• Change of mind → you cover the cost.

How will I get my money back?
Your choice — either back to your original payment method, or as store credit. Choosing store credit also gets you free Express Shipping and a discount on your next order.

Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?
Yes, just let us know when you contact us and we'll sort a swap (e.g. different item).

Express Shipping is available at checkout and always includes tracking. Standard Shipping is untracked by default, but tracking can be added at checkout for an extra fee.

Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch. Express orders are given priority processing and shipped the same day.

Customs & Import Fees
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These aren't included in the order price and are collected by the courier or local customs authority on delivery.
